 HOW TO CONTRIBUTE When you contribute to the University of Wisconsin Department of Ophthalmology and Visual Sciences you help us remain a leader in innovative research initiatives, outstanding patient care and education of future ophthalmologists and vision researchers. Gifts to our research programs will enable our physicians and scientists to continue their pursuit of the causes and cures of blinding diseases and vision loss.
The University of Wisconsin Foundation is the official fund-raising and gift-receiving organization for the UW Department of Ophthalmology and Visual Sciences. As a donor you can designate your gift for a specific area within the Department or allow us to direct it to areas of greatest need within the Department. You also can pay tribute to family members and friends by providing a memorial or honorary gift in their name.

When completing the online or mail-in form, you should designate your gift for the Department of Ophthalmology and Visual Sciences and identify any specific area of interest, eg glaucoma, retinal disease, education.
