The UW-Madison Department of Ophthalmology and Visual Sciences’ (DOVS) senior residents, Drs. Burckhard, and Trotter, accompanied by Retina Fellow Dr. Regan, embarked on the annual India rotation in partnership with Shroff’s Charity Eye Hospital in Dehli, India.
