The 3rd Annual Burton Kushner webinar will take place on Saturday, January 20 at 9:00am Central/10:00 am Eastern Time USA. The webinar is sponsored by the American Association for Pediatric Ophthalmology and Strabismus in collaboration with the Department of Ophthalmology and Visual Sciences at the University of Wisconsin-Madison.

The Kushner Medal & Lecture

The Kushner Medal and Lecture was established by the Department of Ophthalmology and Visual Sciences (DOVS) at the University of Wisconsin (UW)-Madison, to honor Dr. Burt Kushner.

An outstanding pediatric ophthalmologist or strabismologist will be selected each year to be the Kushner Medalist and Lecturer by a committee made up of members of the DOVS Pediatric Ophthalmology Service, and a representative of the AAPOS Board of Directors.
