Ophthalmology Grand Rounds

EDUCATION FOR CLINICAL PROFESSIONALS
Residents and faculty present and discuss various case studies with the goal of improving clinical care practice. Held weekly throughout the year, Grand Rounds offers continuing Medical Education (CME) credit for ophthalmologists and Continuing Education (CE) credit for optometrists.

Officer Barrett “Bear” Erwin, University of Wisconsin Police Department, “Active Killer Response”
Biography:
University of Minnesota Graduate. Entered Law Enforcement in 2009. Joined University of Wisconsin Police Department (UWPD) in 2013. Partnered with University Health Services (UHS) to develop a suicide prevention training. Started as the Lower Campus Community Officer in January 2018; only active community officer on UW campus proper. He has two little kids, and is restoring an old Victorian house with his wife who works in energy policy.
