Together, Creating a Kinder and More Sustainable World
We strive for a community where everyone can grow, contribute, and be heard. This requires shared effort, shared responsibility, and a commitment to building systems and spaces where all of us can thrive together. We can’t get there without each other.
Alliance means taking action. We commit to showing up for one another, listening closely, learning from lived experiences, and stepping in when support or accountability is needed. We aim to build a respectful, grounded, and safe environment where all voices matter.
Objectives
- Develop a shared language with clear definitions
- Get uncomfortable to engage in authentic exploration
- Be accountable to ourselves and our teammates to build an environment of belonging
- Identify gaps within our units and with the people we serve
- Take actions to address policies, change them, and eliminate said gaps
- Evaluate progress, then keep going
