Clinical Facilities at University Station Clinic in Madison provide optometric, general ophthalmology and all sub-specialty care. The University Station Clinic has 42 exam lanes including 10 pediatric lanes and two lanes dedicated to clinical research.
Other locations in the Madison area are Deming Way Eye Clinic and UW Health E Terrace Dr Medical Center. In addition, we have outreach clinics in Janesville, Mauston and Prairie du Sac, Wisconsin, as well as in Freeport and Rockford, Illinois.

Research facilities are located in the Wisconsin Institute for Medical Research, Clinical Sciences Center, Medical Sciences Center, Wisconsin Alumni Research Foundation and additional clinical research facilities are located in the University Station clinic.
The Ocular Pathology Laboratory provides state-of-the-art eye pathology services from internationally recognized eye pathologists. The UW Eye Pathology Lab is the only dedicated eye pathology lab in Wisconsin and one of only a handful of dedicated eye laboratories in America.
