The DOVS Education Team received a heartwarming note from UW School of Medicine and Public Health second year medical students. All Phase 2 students are involved in the newly developed distance learning curriculum. Daniel Knoch, MD, associate professor and director of medical student education, has played a crucial role in the creation of the online curriculum. Some of these students were able to complete Surgical and Procedure Care rotations with DOVS during the first session of the year, and we hope to see many more of them once they can return to clinics.
