Yao Liu, MD, MS, Discusses Eye Care During COVID-19 With Wisconsin Public Radio

Dr. Yao Liu, assistant professor and glaucoma specialist, spoke with Kate Archer Kent of the Wisconsin Public Radio Morning Show on Monday, September 28.

Dr. Liu discussed eye care during the COVID-19 pandemic, including what to expect when you visit a UW Health Eye Clinic, and eye disease and injuries including diabetic retinopathy, macular degeneration, and retinal tears. Dr. Liu also spoke about her work as the director of the teleophthalmology program at the University of Wisconsin and how that work has become even more important during the pandemic.
