UW Health Eye Care Locations Being Renovated

Two busy UW Health Eye Care locations in Madison, WI are getting important renovations this year. Facilities at 1 South Park Street and the East Madison Clinic on East Terrace Drive are expected to be completed in 2026.

“These renovations are the culmination of months of hard work by a very dedicated team at UW Health and the University of Wisconsin Department of Ophthalmology and Visual Sciences,” said Department Chair Terri Young, MD, MS. “We designed these two state-of-the-art facilities to meet the needs of both patients and medical staff. The end result will be enhanced functionality, improved patient experiences, and operational efficiency for faculty and staff.”

In addition, the new space will host a laser room, two procedure rooms, and an optical shop. Renovations are expected to be completed in early 2026.
